We use Royal Mail in order to get the best combination of service and value for money for our customers. Please note that the shipping price displayed includes postage and packaging as well as handling charge. You can specify the method of carriage during the order process. Delivery Schedule
Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays. In an unlikely event, if it's not possible to despatch your order on the same day, then we will dispatch your order the next working day.

Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. Note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Refund and Warranty Requirements:
Please note that Linux and BSD software is freely available and is supplied on CDs or DVD-R. It is distributed under the GNU (General Public Licence) or BSD Licence. The charge we make is to cover the cost of blank CDs and our time. We provide replacements for faulty media. If you have a faulty media please email us by clicking here
